About Me

My name is Sophia and I am a Chartered Physiotherapist (MCSP HCPC)

Within my practice I specialise in the diagnosis and management of musculoskeletal conditions. As a Sports Massage Therapist and Gym Instructor, I implement a broad range of manual therapies, IASTM, as well as rehabilitation and exercise prescription.

Alongside my MSK clinic work, I deliver acute ward-based physiotherapy to the general medicine and care of the elderly populations at Derriford Hospital.
